DREAM 1.0 · Mount Kenya University
DREAM 1.0 was piloted at Mount Kenya University. It showed that students can identify meaningful healthcare problems and develop innovative approaches to solving them — when given the right platform, mentorship, exposure and recognition.
Highlights
Twenty students applied. Nineteen were recognised as awardees, seven progressed as finalists, and five reached the final recognition stage.
DREAM 2.0 builds directly on this foundation, expanding the programme across multiple universities.
[HIGHLIGHT] Additional highlights from the pilot will be added by the secretariat.
