About DREAM
Building a culture of healthcare innovation.
DREAM stands for the Dafra Reality And Excellence Award Model — a solution-oriented programme by Dafra Pharma that recognises and develops excellence in healthcare innovation among students.
What is DREAM?
A healthcare innovation and recognition programme.
DREAM is designed to identify, develop, support and celebrate students who are developing innovative solutions to healthcare challenges.
The programme combines innovation, design thinking, mentorship, intellectual property awareness, data science, healthcare problem-solving and recognition — so that promising ideas move from problem → idea → design → validation → impact.
Why DREAM exists
The ultimate goal isn't simply to give awards.
- 01
Healthcare has complex problems.
- 02
Young people see many of those problems every day.
- 03
DREAM gives them a platform to question, explore, design, build and innovate.
- 04
The programme connects ideas with people, expertise, technology and opportunity.
It is to create a culture of healthcare innovation — where students see themselves as people who can fix what they see.
